After we have received your application we will send you a confirmation email. The application is completed after you have confirmed the link sent in that email.

It will be easier to get a room or apartment if you are flexible about the move-in date and the room type. At the semester beginnings the demand for rooms is the highest. Therefore, we recommend you to apply early. Especially before the winter term it is advisable to already rent a room or apartment as of august/september. If you apply for the whole room offer the waiting period will be approximately six months. If you apply for certain room types (e.g. only apartment), the waiting period can be a year or more.
The application implies no obligations. However, the application also does not guarantee a place in a residence hall.
There are fixed deadlines to re-register! It is important that only students are involved in the assignment procedures who still need a room. In order to ensure that, we need your help: You will receive an email on the 15th of every month in which you are asked to confirm within 10 days that you are still interested in renting a room. If we receive no confirmation from you, your application will be deleted.
